Engineered for all active women, in love with mountains or challenging them in everyday life, the Kayland Cross Mountain W’s GTX is fully equipped to really encounter all demands from the most passionate users.
Built on a technical last but at the same time comfortable, allowing the right degree of space for the foot and not shrinking, Cross Mountain is developed to follow women’s specific foot curves, to ensure an excellent fit in every condition, reaching a fair amount of comfort and precision even with a long use. Being really compact with the design, the boot is then lightweight for its category, providing a unique crossover style that allow a transversal use for trekking, backpacking, mountaineering and daily use for mountain professionals.
This is the real advantage of this footwear, being able to perform properly and admirably in a multitude of different activities, following the sporty woman, with an adequate protection in any condition, thanks to the robust suede leather upper with anti-cut fabric reinforcements, coupled with Gore-Tex® Performance Comfort membrane, which gives waterproofness and breathability, facilitating the creation of an optimal internal microclimate. The high cut allows a proper lateral support, enhanced by Ankle Lock Technology, delivered by Kayland, that defends ankle from shocks and keeps it in the right spot all along the stride.
The base platform under the foot has the same excellence imprinting: the microporous wedge, a cushioning, durable and stable material, with a footbed enough rigid to allow a safe use with semi-automatic crampons. To wrap up, the Vibram® Mulaz Evo outsole, featuring a specific lugs design
to provide utmost traction on every ground, even wet, and a special compound that adds more adherence on any kind of surface.
