Gravity GTX | A review by Jaime Moreno Montes

Our ambassador Jaime Moreno Montes had the opportunity to test our style Gravity GTX approach shoes on the field, and he was so impressed that he decided to write us back his review.

These shoes have proven to be a comfortable, precise and durable model. All this is achieved
thanks to a successful combination of natural and synthetic materials, exclusive Ekso Tech technology and the sticky Vibram outsole.

The leather and the strong synthetic fabric and the Gore TexExtended Comfort lining makes the
Gravity GTX very durable and resistant, as well as being a multipurpose shoes to use in all types of terrain and conditions. I have been using them several times in one of the most demanding terrain for mountain footwear: the abrasive limestone of the Picos de Europa.

After walking through endless rocky terrain, take steps up to III +, climb twice to Pico Urriellu and have made the Tour of Monte Rosa with them, they are like the first day. No wear to seams, no loose stitches and no damages to outer fabrics.

The Ekso Tech system functions properly and provides a lot of lateral stability, something in which this type of footwear tends to be somehow loose. This is one of the most remarkable features of the model.

The tip to toe laces ensure a precise and personalized fit, and the unique Vibram Gravity sole works excellent on all types of terrain, even wet and slippery. Its narrow and technical toe works very well in climbing steps and gives us a lot of safety.

In short, a very versatile model from which we will get the the maximum of its strengths in technical approach ground, ridges and easy climbs in high mountain terrain, but that will not disappoint in simple roads and trekking.
