Kayland Spyder Low GTX | A real crossover for strong emotions
One of the stronghold of Kayland collection is the Spyder Low GTX, available in both men and women versions. It is a low cut shoe, designed for a crossover use, multisport and multifunctional, ideale for light technical approach, mixed routes with uneven terrains, light trekking and hiking, or for everyday use of outdoor enthusiasts who do not give up with their style in every situation.
The Spyder underwent many innovations and improvements in these years, which brought the style to the current definition: primarily the sole was reviewed many times to increase performances on wet surfaces and slipping terrains. The construction is solid and compact, enhancing comfort feeling without any compromise on performance. The upper is built with abrasion resistant suede leather, wrapping and protective, with breathable tech fabric panels providing more lightweight and at the same time promoting transpiration, also powered but the Gore-Tex® Performance Comfort membrane, which make the shoe completely waterproof. The tip to toe lacing system gives more technicality and allows custom fitting; the reinforced toe allows a safe use on rocks, debris and underwood situations.
The sole package is the state of the art for construction and technicality: the wedge has two layers of microporous with different densities, to give stability, lightness, durability and the correct degree of shock absorption to the shoes, keeping a clean and linear look.
The Vibram® Friction outsole is the perfect companion of the wedge: the compound is studied to stick in every condition, even on wet surfaces, whilst the lugs design is engineered for self cleaning and to increase traction on mud and mixed ground; the closed toe box adds extra footing when performing tech approach.
The women’s version Spyder Low W's GTX has specific last and padding for feminine foot, providing an ideal fitting.
